The unemployment rate in Hawaii is currently on of the lowest in the country (Around 2%). There are many job openings with few qualified people to fill them. Being prepared can put you in a position to select from any number of great job opportunities available in Hawaii.

Hawaii TB Program

All prospective employees in the service, hospitality and public service sectors must present proof of ( TB ) Tuberculosis clearance testing. TB skin tests are administered free of charge by the Hawaii State Department of Health.

No appointment is necessary for the test but the patient must return 3 days after the initial visit to verify results and receive a tuberculosis clearance certificate.

If your test is positive or inconclusive you may also be required to have a chest x-ray taken. TB Tuberculosis Testing Locations ( South O'ahu)
